Cheryl ~ I will be praying for you on Tuesday. You will do just fine. I can't wait to hear your update when you join us on the losing side! Our dates are so close (I came to the losing side on the 18th). It will be fun to share our progress.

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Cheryl, Please don't give up with your pursuit of surgery. I am a bariatric coordinator/post-op pt. and we have a patient that we are working with that has BCBS of IL. We are nearing the end ofr the 12 months that was neccessary for the pt. to be in the medical management part of the program and then we should be able to get an approval. Depending on the program you are working with you should be able to do what you need to meet their requirements within your program.
