Hey Philly Girl, I'm also a Philly girl. By the time you read this, I'll be under the knife. My RNY is scheduled for 6/27 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Stay positive and keep moving. I hear it helps you get back to feeling normal quicker. If you get depressed, be sure to rent and watch Oprah's "Make the Connection video". I find this so motivating. Eventhough she didn't go through surgery, she can definitely relate to the emotional aspect of obesity. Best wishes. R
