"First impression, very nice man, a little "reserved" but very serious so I am glad. Normally there is a lady who cares for the majority of the precare information but she was on vacation and I think the doctor was a little overwhelmed. I felt much better about the surgery after talking with him. He answered every questions and I was very happy with some of the surgical techniques he described that made me more confident. Will say more later when I have more time to know he and his staff.
