When feeling blue about your “slow” weight loss or a plateau, remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!
I wish you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. I am 5 months post op and had Lap Rny with Gall Bladder Removal 6-6-02 and have lost 80 pounds. This was the best thing I have ever done in my whole entire life. I would do it again in a heatbeat. I have had no complications and I have an active life again. I wish you well and if you need anything please let me know. I will be praying for you and your family.
