Hi Annette - You can try all kinds of lunch meat and cheese, and tuna and potatoes and yogurt, even chicken as long at you chew it to mush! The only way you will find something new it to try it. Good luck!!

Hello! I am 8 weeks post-op. I eat just about anything. You just have to try them. You may want to try them at home first, just to make sure that you don't get sick. But I try everything. Actually fish made me sick, so that shows that we are all different. Good luck!

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Eph 3.16..................................... Power..now you have the power to stregnthen yourself. Be empowered! go out and encourage those that need to be encourage. those who are thinking about wls... share you journey with others so that they too can become empowered and....................................... In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. .............................. Give praise to the heavenly Father that has watched over you!! He has kept you through these procedures and has kept you safe. He has enabled you to over come this issue of weight and will allow you to shine... shine your light!!! and....................................... Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. Gal. 6 and.................... share the good news that has been shared with you.. tell everyone about your jounery...every detail share.... so that others will learn and be empowered... So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
