Dearest Traci, May God's love and light be upon you. Wishing you an uneventful surgery and a complete recovery. I am also from Michigan, the downriver area. I can't wait to join you on the loser's side! Health and Happiness to you. And I agree with all those items you listed on your page of the things you want to do. I just have one concern. Without my huge overflowing lap, how will I ever keep my hands warm in the winter? lol!

Traci, As a person that is having WLS one week after you I asked myself what whould I want to hear this close to my surgery. I would want to hear that I am being prayed for and that my decision is the right one. I pray that your recovery will be fast and beyond your hopes. I ask that God watch over you and bring your through safely to the other side. Walk, cough and breathe deep as you being your new life. You are making the right choice to make a new life for yourself. God Bless you.

Hey Traci: This is your angel speaking! I am so excited for you that it is finally your turn to cross over to the greener side. Remember that the first couple of days will be the worst as far as pain goes and the first couple of weeks are the worst for eating, but that it passes very quickly and it will all soon be a distant memory. I am very honored that you asked me to be one of your angels and I value your friendship in our group. Good luck and know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you on Monday.
