I first started this journey when I had my seminar at KDMC in November of 2006. They the medical weight loss staff informed me that I had to do 6 months of medical weight loss under the supervision of physician. Well, on my 6th month I guess I had totally ignored the part, that my dietician told me I needed 6 CONSECUTIVE months of medical weight loss, and I had missed my 6th month due to work. =( this is like a second chance to me. I wanna do this right. I took it seriously before, but it just seemed like the day would never come. This is my life I'm dealing with and I'm tired of letting my weight control me. My name is Kimberly Dawn Fraley, and I am a full fledge food addict, that is out of my control, and I need help. It puts me in tears to write this, because not everyone understands how easy it is to get out of hand. If ANYONE ever needs someone to talk to please don't hesitate to e-mail me. Also I don't know how many people know about sparkpeople.come, but I have joined that, not just for the meal plans, but the support..its AWESOME and they give you awesome exercise ideas, things you would have never thought of, but check it out.
Right now I am at my current high weight of 344. When I started the seminar for RYN I was 329 =/. So I'm gonna do this!!!!!!!! Are you with me!!! Also if anyone is around ashland ky please email me...I would love to have like a walking buddy, or just a friend that knows what I'm going through. =D well ta ta for now
