Hi Yvonne, I know eating foods may taste nasty but you have to get it in some how. I get my proteins from my foods, I focus on only high protein meats. The way I cook them is in the crock pot until they are so tender a baby can eat it. I also boil a lot of my meats, I even have used my juicer in the beginning months when I couldn't chew or keep foods down. I would drink my food this way. it looks gross but tasted alright. also stay away from breads, pasta, potatoes, sweets, these things will keep you into plateaus and slow wt loss. drink your 64oz water, what I do is get a soda bottle and fill it with water 20oz. 3 1/2 times. one in the morning, noon, and evening, and the 1/2 just before bed. It's amazing I thought I couldn't do it either, so far I have loss 132 lbs since 12/6/02 and have lots more to go. Please don't give up. you can do this. There's only four things you needs to do. 1. high protein meats 2. 64 oz water 3. exercise 4. take your vitamins. try to focus on these 4 things. take care and e-mail me anytime**Hugs**
