    Huge capsules and I am 8 years out...and I dont have a problem with swallowing pills, just can't take more than one at a time....I switched to another product that is cheaper and not pill form

    The pills are bulky and have to be crushed. My crusher doesn't seem to handle them well, and I have to crush four per day. Other than the hassle of crushing these things, they work as far as I can tell.
