"Other than the nursing staff the hospital was fine. Very big and very busy but it's in dowtown Detroit so that's to be expected. All staff other than the nurses on my floor were very kind."

"My impression of Dr. Wood was that he is soft spoken and kind. He also carried himself with confidence but not cockiness which is a personal pet peeve of mine when it comes to doctors. My impression has not changed over time. His office staff was friendly and helpful. There's nothing I like least about him. Future patients should know that they are in good hands. I'm only 5 days post op but I know they want to see me quite often for after care. They did address the risks of surgery. To me surgical compitance and bedside manner go hand in hand and I thought Dr. Wood had both. "
