Well, it is over a year and i had my surgery and some complications and Dr. Coirin was right there taking care of me and the hospital staff was great as well. His office does emphasize aftercare. The risks were explained to me. He is definately a competant surgeon and has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. "
