I am so happy to be home! God is good and my WLS went really well. I am down 20lbs. from three weeks ago. I thank all of you guys who have shared your stories and experiences on obesityhelp.com. You all have made my WLS easier, and I thank you all. My prayer is that we all find the abundant life that we all seek.

Praise the name of the Lord. I am so excited, and happy that I only have one more day to go to my wls. I cannot wait to start doing the things that I have wanted to do for years, not that my life is not wonderful now. I am so Bless, I have great husband, and a big loving family. However, being overweight, (389 at my highest), has been such a challenge and little by little I have had to give up the little thing that I love to do. I cannot wait to reclaim them; long walks, hikes, horseback riding, swimming, riding a bicycle, to buy clothes I like - not just, what fits. I would love to travel without worrying if I will be able to fit in the seat on the airplane, bus or train, visit people and business and not wonder if I will be able to fit in their chair. I would love to fit comfortably in my husband’s arms. I just want to be the best health me I can be. I believe that wls is the answer to my prayers. My trust is in God.
