I have had the surgery for almost a yr now and I was wondering, was a lot of Doctors using the Q-Ball medicine ball during the surgery.  My doctor used it and it helped me with pain.  The most pain I felt was the cut but the inside of my stomach didn't really hurt that bad.  Has anyone heard of this. If not ask ur doctor about it. It might help you.  also my doctor told me that he put a band on my stomache even with the rouex-y procedure has anyone out there heard of a doctor doing that.  Is it normal.  Please help me with these questions
