today it has been 3 years! I have lost 172 lbs. I feel great! Best decision I have every made in my life. I have energy to spare these days. Some foods I can not eat but that is okay. I really do not like steak much. Over the last year I have had a lot of first. Went on carnival rides (acted like a kid). Walk all over the place. No pain. Had plastic surgery. Enjoyed life more. Bought a bikini ha ha.

just came back from my check up with Dr. Trieu. I have lost 64 lbs now. woo hoo.

It is Saturday today. 5 days post op. Feeling pretty dog gone good. Not much pain at all. I even went shopping today at Walmart and Sears. Walmart oh boy what a treat. I rode on one of the scooter things. I still got plenty of dirty looks form people but this time I didnt care. Poop on them I am feeling good. Just wanted to let you all know. My husband Rich has been the best person to me. I cry lots these days. I think it is just because I am so happy.

Still plugging along. I am keeping my eye on the goal. which of course is to actually have the surgery.

I have got a new date for my surgery. It is November 17th.

This is my last consult with Dr. T on 10/23. I hope to have my surgery date.
