John Husted

"I met Dr.Husted and his nurse Jamie at the seminar on January 9th. My impression was very good of both of them. Both seem infinitely patient and caring. With someone like myself, who has 1001 questions and expects thorough answers for them all, patience is a must. Seems like I agree with the general concensus...they are wonderful! Just a note on the after care. I drove 5 hours each way on Monday, 12/30/02, for my 3 month visit. I was in the office less than 5 minutes, not so much as a stethoscope to listen to my abdomen. I had to remind the nurse of the need to check my K+ level due to my hospitalization in November. Ahhh...no one can be perfect. Perhaps my next visit will be better. The follow up care program was a big clincher for me in choosing this office so I hope that I can expect better on the next visit. "

Baptist Hospital of Nashville

"The staff was very sweet, I felt very comfortable with them. The hospital was too big and spread out. I am used to large hospitals but this was ridiculous. Be prepared to walk no matter what you do. LOL My care was fine. The only complaint that I do have is the large pressure area from the abdominal binder that formed. I did tell the nurse that the binder was causing pain and she felt it was the staples. The area is healing so no harm done, but, it was approximately 9 inches longs going horizontally along my right side. When we finally took the binder off, skin came off with it. Not pretty. Still, overall, I felt the care was fine. "
