Hi everyone. Well I was released Saturday night (quicker than I expected). My doctor came in about 10 p.m. and asked how I was feeling and I told him I was ready to go home. So he discharged me!! I have to admit that surgery was not what I expected. I am nauseaus, have gas and diarrhea. I'm trying to push the fluids, but can only take a sip or two. Everything smells bad. Especially cigarette smoke. My doctor said to walk as much as possible, but for now just walking to and from the car is enough. I've been a bit depressed, crying and stuff, but I know that it will get better. So, now I'm on the lighter side and will try to keep positive as I heal and begin my journey.
