I have had 3 drs tell me that I need to loose at least 100 lbs!!!
I guess I finally heard it enough till I finally decided to do something about it!!! I'm not 100% sure I can do this surgery but I've made a deal with myself and God!!! I'm going to go thru the process ~ exams, insur.approval etc. The doc say it'll take 4 to 6 months!!! 
I've put myself on a liquid protein diet for 2 out of 3 meals and eating only a lite lunch!!! I've lost 10 lbs in 5 days! If I can keep this up I may deciede to just continue! If not then I'll always have the surgery as a safety net! I figure if I can do this great; if not and I've just lost a little at least maybe it will make the surgery go better!!! PLEASE ALL WHO READ THIS; PRAY FOR ME!!! THE BIBLE SAYS WHERE 2 OR 3 ARE GATHERED IN HIS NAME THEN HE WILL HEAR AND ANSWER!!! AND JUST FYI: EVERY DAY WHEN I PRAY, I PRAY FOR ALL MY ON LINE PRE & POST SURGERY FRIENDS TOO!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
