My first leather skirt... My Unjury Hot Chocolate - A real WINNER
Here's how I do my protein shake:
12oz Carb Countdown FF Milk (sometimes I use 8 oz cc and 4 oz skim to save $ - but CC gives me 12g protein, skim only 9g for an 8oz serving.)
1 package of Sugar Free Hot chocolate
1 scoop of Chocolate Unjury
Heat milk to warm - not boiling - for me, I use 1 1/2 min in micro - pour milk into blender cup (I picked up mine at QVC - I do NOT recommend putting it in a shaker cup - the lid will blow off - I know whereof I speak. LOL! I did not use my blender cup early on after my surgery because it made my shakes too frothy - but for my hot chocolate, I have found it to be perfect. It blends all the powders up perfectly with NO LUMPS!)
Top with a dallop of whipped cream --- yummmm!
VARIATIONS : I use 1/2 scoop of choc unjury + 1/2 scoop of vanilla unjury + 1 scoop of unflav unjury to boost up the shake.
OR
to the original mixture I add 1/2 teaspoon of decaf coffee
OR
I will add Davinci's sf Caramel syrup
I also discovered that I can tolerate Isopure, Dutch Choc - I use that for cold choc milk during the day for an extra boost - 2 scoops = 50g protein!
OK -- here's another one....
Start with a packet of Big Train Low Carb Blended Ice Mocha Mix (www.netrition.com) add 12 oz milk or carb countdown, 1 scoop of choc unjury/vanilla works equally as well...(www.unjury.com) and a about 5 cubes of ice - blend till ice is crushed. Sometimes I sprinkle a little instant coffee on the top and blend it for more of a cappicino flavor - yum yum yum - you will never know it is a protein drink - I drink it 2 times a day. I'll use this one in the summer and the hot choc (above) in the winter. I've also recently tried the n Low Carb Blended Ice Caramel Latte Mix - I only use 1/2 a scoop - it is very good but packs a big caramel flavor. I think I'm going to try it sprinkled on my low carb ice cream - yeah...it's that good! I'll let you know~

"This is the meaning of success..."
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a little better; whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is the meaning of success." "Whatever you do, you need courage. Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them."
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do; not that the nature of the thing itself is changed, but that our power to do is increased." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
"So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem
improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become
inevitable." ~ Christopher Reeve
