Feeling Soooooo much better - Man do I feel better! 62lbs down and four weeks post back surgery! That has been one of the better decisions I have made. I am looking forward to riding my bike with my daughter.

Back surgery - Well I am happy to say I have lost 46lbs. This is very good because this means I get to have my back surgery. This will be on Jan 31 2011 so wish me luck!!!!
