Hi! My name is Nancy. I am 29 years old and currently live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. My weight loss journey began back in September of 2013. I am originally from Los Angeles, California and came to move here when I was 17 years old. That is when I began to gain weight. In 2013, is when so many feelings about myself began to really hit me. I felt ugly, depressed, worthless, I had low self esteem and needed a change big time. The person I was in a relationship at the time never told me I was pretty, always put me down, on top of myself feeling the way I did. I discovered the Gastric Bypass Sleeve Surgery when I was watching a show one day, and decided to do some more research of my own. I decided to meet with a doctor and discuss making this surgery happen. When I met with him, he had told me that there were rules and restrictions to get this done, and that I had 6 months to lose the needed amount of weight to be approved for the surgery. I was so determined and set my mind to achieving this in these 6 months, that is when I found It Works. I began taking the Greens drink on a daily, Thermofit and some daily vitamins, all while going to the gym. This enabled me to lose the correct amount of weight I needed to, so that when I went back for my 6 month check up, I passed and was approved immediately!! :)
I got my Gastric Bypass Sleeve Surgery in April 2014. Since then, my journey has been nothing short of amazing. I have continued using my weight loss products through It Works, as well as adding in Hair Skin and Nails vitamins, because with the surgery, I started to lose a lot of my hair, and now I have also added in wraps to help tighten up my loose skin from losing all of the weight that I have. I have honestly never felt so healthy and confident in my entire life, as I do now!! And it's all because I took a leap of faith with trying out these products, working out and getting this surgery.
