Still in the decision-making process

I have tried all the diets I care to tolerate anylonger- without longterm, substantial success. Yet, lately I've known several folks who are enduring adverse effects from their surgeries. Currently, one of my patients had the surg several years ago and now she's in for possibly her 3rd surgery to repair bowel obstructions. Also, I realize folks are re-gaining the weight.
This is potentially life-changing. For the better, or maybe not. Still deciding. New-Day
