"Dr. Jeff, as we all call him, is so caring and easy to talk to. He really listens to your concerns and explains all the doctor mumble jumble in a way that easy to understand. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is so knowledgeable about bariatrics. He is a beliver in the Lap-band and is very supportive in the aftercare. He is awesome about following up on any concerns and can be reached easily, he always calls back, would never leave you hanging. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1-10 he gets a 100 from me. He is the real deal, total surgical competence with an incredible bedside manner. He'd blush if he read this though. "
