"What I liked about Dr. Procter (and Dr. Richard as well) was that they had Medical copetency of the best educated and trained "Tycoons" from BIG NAME Hospitals, and very well run practice in all aspects with comprehensive before and after assistance, corteous, responsible, and competent staff. Yet they have Personalities that only small town Doctor can have. I hardly ever like doctors, but I defenetly loved Dr. Procter and Dr. Richard."
