, My Name is Heide I am from Utah and I am somewhat nervious,I started my 2week preop diet on the 16th and am getting real anxious about my surgery.I am scared and excited at the same time 
. I am married and almost 50 OMG 50 I cant stay this unhealthy all my life so I chose to make this huge change for myself. I want to be around for my grandchildren and to be here when my youngest daughter has children.So this helps me get over the jitters of having this surgery done. I am excited to be on this site and have all the support I know everyone will give me. Thanks for excepting me on this great support site more progress coming in the future.
