"Dr. Shaak was great. He was very easy to talk to and let me know right off the bat, this is a HUGE decision. His office staff was very easy to deal with and their professionalism really put me at ease. He is very straight-forward and to the point. He is basically "tell-you-like-it-is", but that is what I like. I would rate Dr. Shaak as very informed and trustworthy. My experience with his office has been above my expectations."
