"Dr. Lord made me feel like I was his patient from birth. He has a way of making you feel that you are the most important patient on his list. He makes wonderful eye contact while describing and detailing the surgery. I will never forget how he looked at, reviewed and initialed every single page of my medical record. It was very important to me to feel that my surgeon knew me and my medical history. The office staff from the case manager, Jan, to the nutrition consultants, Chris and Nancy are fabulous. The whole department is attentive and caring before and after surgery. They all stress the importance of following the doctor's orders, eating right, exercising and calling them with any questions or concerns. They encourage the patients to attend the support group meetings each month whether awaiting surgery or post-op. I have no doubt that Dr. Lord is a master in this field and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone considering this procedure. "
