" At first he was rather stern but as I got to know him I understood that he just wanted me to be absolutely certain that I was making the right choice and was aware of the risks. His office staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Terri. I called her so often with questions but she never acted as if I were a pest. He does not have a structured aftercare program but I do feel free to call with any questions or concerns. I would definately give him and his staff a 10+ on skill and bedside manner. They took excellent care of me. "
