gail-had my surgery on july 24th and am down 81 plus lbs...around the first week of nov...your picture looks great!!! all my love and hugs deb

Gail, Congrats to you on having a wonderful year. It is almost your birthday!! Congrats to you. The pic that was made in February looks wonderful. Hi, Just checking in again....... I went to the doctor March 10 and I have lost 116....... I am feeling great and have so much more energy ...... Hope you are doing well...... Hi, Hope this finds you doing well. Just checking in. I went to the doctor Feb. 7 and as of then I have lost 101 pounds. I am feeling so good. Tell me how things are going for you, would love to hear from you. Well, gotta go for now. Wendy

HI, just wanted to update. I have not for a while. I went to the doctor Jan. 11, and as of 12 weeks I have lost 73 pounds. I am so excited. I have people telling me they can really notice a difference now. I hope everyone is doing well. I am still just eating my 2 ounces, 3 times a day. I am still getting full. I have not been drinking the water as I should but I will do better. Have a good day, Wendy
