"I have only gotten to visit with Dr. Fry for a short time because he is such a busy man. He does about three of these procedures a week when he is in town. He made me feel so at ease and was very reasurring. He and his assistants took their time to explain the procedure to me. I hope his bedside manner is just as good. The one problem that I had at his office wasn't really even about the doctor or his assistants it was with the woman whose job it was to submit the paper work to my insurance company. She let my referral from pcp expire before she even tried to submit the paperwork for approval. When she finally did get around to submitting it my preop appointment had to be resceduled because of the expired refferal. Once she finally got my paperwork submitted I got my approval in about 3 weeks. With no hassles at all. Had she just done her job I would have had the surgery done about a month earlier. Doctor Fry has been excellent, he is always very encouraging and says that he wants to keep seeing my every 3 months for follow ups thru the first 2 years."
