I spoke to sandy this afternoon and she sounded pretty good. she was in her own room, had already walked, kinda painful she said but not too bad. She said the worst part was waking in the recovery room, in pain, they gave her morphine,but they gave her the dosage she would have if it were demeral, tried to make her o.d. she is alright though. She told me they put a folded blanket on her abdomen and that made it feel better. also she has the morphine pump. she tried to sip some beef consume for lunch, and a couple bites of jello,she said it just didnt interest her. she did dilute her cranberry juice and was sipping that when i called. The dr. told her she was in great health overall and she is looking forward to coming home on friday. I will keep you updated as I can. Sandys angel, lori

I talked to sandys husband and he said she was doing great, the surgery went great, she had a little blood pressure problem but that was under control. she will be moved to her own room in the morning . Up and walking , and home by Friday. I will try to talk to her when she is in her own room tomorrow and update more then, Sandys angel, Lori

I have called to Sandys home with no answer. So I called the hospital. Sandy had her surgery this morning and they told me that sandy is in icu , listed in fair condition. I am so proud of her . I will keep you posted as I learn more. Please keep her in your prayers this week as she is on her way to healing. More later when I am able to speak to her family. Sandys angel, Lori
