I have just returned from the weekly support group meeting at Huntington Memorial. Three weeks to go and I am ready. I am so thankful that there is a support group I can go to, I have learned a lot from those "one the other side".

Hi Margaret, I live fairly close to you - in Glendale. If you would like to call or email me, please do. I am 6 1/2 months post op from Lap RNY and feel I have been very successful. Take a look at my profile if you are interested. Also, if you are having your surgery at Pasadena Memorial, I might be able to come visit you on my lunch hour - if you think you would like that. Margaret, Congratulations on your surgery date! I wish you the best of luck on your journey to weight loss. My surgery is scheduled for 10/25/01 - I'm very excited! Stay focused and keep a positive mind. I am confident that you will get through this. Best wishes!
