"What was your first impression of him/her? **Dr Lane seemed very professional. How did your impression change over time? **It hasn't changed ONE BIT. How would you describe his/her office staff? **EVERYONE at BTC has been wonderful*!!!! What did you like least about him/her? **So far nothing has come up. What should future patients know about him/her? **Dr Lane seemed to be VERY interested in his work. He likes what he does..and he takes pride in that. How much does he/she emphasize aftercare? **A LOT*!!! Does he/she have a structured aftercare program? **BTC seems to have a very strict aftercare program, which for me is a good strong point. How did he/she address the risks of surgery? **In great detail. How would you rate him/her overall? **Well I hjaven't had surgery YET, but so far I like him and the staff at BTC. Which is better, surgical competence, bedside manner, or both great? **Surgical Competence is a MUST and I feel that this is a bit better, but I also muct say that bedside manner is a plus*!!!!!!! This all might change after surgery...I have only met with Dr. Lane once and it was not a long meeting...BUT after surgery I am sure I will have more to offer here.."
