Hello Nannette, I am wishing you great success as you go through WLS. My prayers are with you. I can understand what you are going through. I lost my mother in 1998 and there is never a day that goes by that I don't think of her. It will get better, day by day. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Nannette, I wish you all the best on your surgery. I know your Mother would be so proud of you for going thru this to get yourself healthier. The hardest thing that ever happened to me was losing my Mother. I lost her in 1988 and I still miss her so much. I lost Dad in 1993. I miss him just as much!! Just remember how much this is going to improve your life and you will be just fine!!! please check for a special msg from me and the hubby. We both had open rny's in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 315 lbs!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

Ohhhhhhh Nannette, I know what you're going through. I too lost my Mother ~ it's been 7 years ago already but, I still find myself wanting to share good news with her via phone, etc. It will NEVER go away but, it does get easier. Be sure that she is with you, and taking every step with you through your journey. She IS your ANGEL, as my Mom is mine, also. I pray that the Holy Spirit sends you comfort in this very exciting and nerveracking time. Your Mom loves you and continues to love you from the other side Sweetie. The ties a Mother has for her child do not stop. I promise you that... If you ever need someone to talk to, please, e-mail me. We're all family here and I'd be happy to help in any way I can! God Bless you on your journey to the " New You! " †

I am proud of you for including your mom in all this. And I am sure she is watching over you every step of the way. It will get easier. But you have a big day coming and you will have all the support from all of us here. Best of luck you are in my heart and prayers.

Hi Nannette, Sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I lost my mom when I was 25 (I am now 34) it never really goes away but it does get easier with time. It helps me though to know that a part of my mother is always with me and I can feel her comforting me when I have a bad day. You are very lucky to have a wonderful husband to help you through it. I am totally convinced that my mother led me to my husband (we started dating on the 2 month anniversary of my mother's death). God bless. Liz

" I know, O LORD of LOVE and LIGHT, about the need. Touch my heart anew with your DIVINE LOVE and LIGHT that I too may receive and give, sending your healing touch to others in need. I invoke your DIVINE LOVE and LIGHT towards Excellent Health, Loving Relationships, Right Livelihood and Right Alignment with my and soul's purpose. I wish to align myself with ALL THAT IS, my own I AM PRESENCE. I now open myself to receive your gifts and with your DIVINE GUIDANCE I will give to others and give thanks for the SPIRITUAL ABUNDANCE in my Life." SO BE IT, IT IS SO.
