CONGRATS KATY ON YOUR WONDERFUL SUCCESS! U LOOK SIMPLY MARVALOUS!

Judi W. 24 years, 1 month ago

Katy...so happy to hear you are doing ok and it's not that bad. I hope the rest of your recovery is uneventful. Do what your MD says and keep up the positive attitude. Your children will be so proud of you! And YOU will be proud of yourself as you get fit and healthy. Judi

Well, I made it! And it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be! Still pretty sore, but otherwise, I'm doing great. No nausea or dumping yet (but I'm hardly pushing it to find out either). Not really hungry yet. It is hard to get in all that water too. I'm afraid I'm going to stretch the pouch by drinking it too fast. Can that happen? Oh well, the hard part is over and behind me. Now the real fun begins! Kathy

Hello Kathy, Best of wishes to you on your journey to the land of the losing...One very good thing about being at the hospital is that you will have surgery first..I did and was so glad. My surgery lasted longer then expected so the next person was delayed by 2 hours. That meant that by the time the docs were ready for number 4 (last of the day) that the scheudule was more then 5 hours behind. I think having the docs in great physical and mental shape is to your benefit. Roll out of that bed and don't be late!! LOL God speed... KimmieTN
