"I thought the staff was fantastic. Their number 1 goal is to get your pain under control, which they did. I had a private room and the hospital was very quiet. The only complaint I really had was that the housekeeping was not that great. I wished they would have cleaned the bathroom and changed the bed, but they didn't until the last day. Also, my TV broke and we were out of one for half a day and the replacement one had a terrible picture. I didn't care because I was out of it, but my mom and husband had nothing to watch. Other than that, the experience was very positive."
"I met Dr. Wood on Feb. 13, 2002. All I can say is I've never seen a doctor smile more. He was extremely kind and pleasant. His office staff was very helpful and kind. They seem to be very quick at getting things done. Dr. Wood answered all my questions and went over every thing completely. I feel his overall rating would be a l0/l0. I also have to say the same about Dr. Medick. He is they psychiatrist who did my psych evaluation the same day. Twice a month, he works out of Dr. Wood's office and that makes it very convenient. He is very quick at getting his report in for the insurance company. I really appreciate that."
