Stacie, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having had done this several years ago. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you begin your healthy new life.

Hi - I just had my surgery on 4/5 and am home and feeling fine. I only needed my pain meds for 2 days in the hospital. Protein drinks and water going down without any problems. This is the best decision I have ever made and I know you'll get thru the surgery fine and heal quickly. Best of luck - my prayers are with you. Michelle
