"I was a bit nervous going into this. I was afraid of the questions he would ask me...and maybe afraid that he might decide for some reason that he didn't want to do the surgery. Dr. Miles was so nice. He asked me if I was aware of things that could go wrong...of course I am. I don't decide to have surgery unless I know the risks involved. He let me ask all the questions that I could think of and he made me feel like he was genuinely concerned. That is a big plus with me...a doctor that is there on your time, not his! I think he is going to have a great bedside manner. I am looking forward to this!
The office staff was nice especially Debra, the insurance clerk. She was so funny and seemed to care about me...the patient. She has so many things to do and still takes time to make you feel like you are the only person she has had to deal with that day! she has an EXCELLENT attitude! "
