Michele, I'm so happy you have a date and it's this thurs.! The last thing anyone said to be before wheeling me into surgery was the Operating room nurse she said "don't cry..this will change your life" and BAM I was OUT like a light!! SO to you I say..keep that thought as they wheel you in .."THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE"..GOD BLESS YOU and KEEP YOU SAFE! I'm 1 month out and Down 27 pounds..I was targeted to loose 21 the first month..but did better .. THis is easy..SO SO MUCH easier then ANY diet i've ever done..I get to live my life NOT live for food. FREEDOM!!
