Hi Robyn, Give yourself time on the "GULPING". I was one year out as of May 2003 and I GULP my water big time.. Im not saying everyone can, but I sure can...expecially if it is COLD COLD COLD :0) good luck to ya sweety.

Hi Robyn, Hang in there. It's hard in the beginning but it only gets better as time goes on. There are a lot of changes happening all at once for you. Take one day at a time. Thanks for updating on how you are doing. Keep up the good work.

Aug 25, 2003. It has been two weeks since I had my surgery on 8/11/03. I feel like nothing happened until I eat too much. My mind is playing a lot of tricks on me about food, however my body quickly reminds me hwo I got here in the first place. I wish I can drink gulps of water because I stay so thirsty all the time, but I'm really scared. My surgery was done by Dr. Johnson who is very good. He has very good bed side manners just like all of Dr. Duncans staff. I'm so happy that I'm one my road to a new and improved Robyn thanks to the staff of Dr. Duncan

Robyn, Congratulations! You are going to fly right through this! Keep on thinking about how great your going to feel come the new year!
