"My first impression of him was both a great relief to see the type person he was, and a comfort to know he was so well respected not in just this type surgery, but all other types also.
His surgical coordinator Betty is wonderful, and so helpful and full of information. I understood everything, and felt that she would help in anyway possible. I met Jerry, Dr Lambert's nurse for the first time when my dad had surgery, but met her again at the support group meeting, and thought she was wonderful as well. Both the doctor and his staff emphasize that this surgery is a lifetime change, and that they will be there every step of the way, both pre-op and post-op. They have a wonderful aftercare program, for both healthy eating and support groups.
Dr Lambert did address all the issues that surgery was not easy, and that there is always risks involved, but he also helped to comfort that with the feeling they do 110% 24/7.
