Tina is currently in recovery. Her mother does not know her status, but is waiting to hear. I will keep everyone updated as I know.

Tina;Good luck on your surgery on Thursday... we are "twinkies" as I will be having my surgery the same day (July 26th). I had my consult with the surgeon last Friday, did all my pre-op stuff that day... was originally given a date of August 1st (I go to school full-time, so was trying to get in early)... Anyway... it got moved up. Are you nervous? I am... even with all the preparation I have done! Take care and see you on the lighter side! And oh yea... I have been to "The Colony" and I live all the way up in Alaska. I spent six weeks in 1994 down there in Plano. Good luck!

Well, its Monday before my surgery. I had all my pre-op tests this morning. I'm simply trying to get everything lined up in my house. Pre-op shopping is done. Animals are taken care of. I dont seem to be overly anxious, but lets seehow I feel come Wednesday ;-)

Hi Tina, I just wanted to say hi and tell you that I'm sure we're going through a lot of the same emotions right about now! We also share a surgery date, and 2 weeks is just around the corner! It is so helpful to have the support of others who are going through this same journey so I just wanted you to know that you have mine!
