"I had heard lots of good things about Dr. Alexander from a couple of my friends who had used him, so I was anxious to see if it was true. I had heard that because he was so personable and detailed, that he had a tendency to be behind schedule. I did find this to be true. Other than that, I really liked him and he put my mind at ease about the whole thing. I also really liked his office personel that I met. Overall, my first impression was very good. "
