"10/23/01 I met Dr. Bollman and his staff today for the first time. He is very knowledgable, and took a lot of time to see that both my husband, and myself were understanding every detail of the surgery, possible complications, and after care. I had a very good impression of the livlite staff, and my nutritionist. Dr. Bollman's staff are wonderful. His nurse is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She made us feel completely at ease!!. I don't have anything negative to say at this time at all. Due to my insurance suddenly changing, the nurse worked extremely hard to get me a surgery date prior to the chg of insurance!! I could kiss her feet for all the extra work she put in on my behalf!!"
