i havent posted awhile but ill be 6 months post opt on nov. 29. im down to 184 and thrilled with the progress and if i didnt lose another lb i would be thrilled, but my goal is about 20 more lbs and im done. im 5'8 and the weight loss shows alot, my hubby is thrilled with the progress and wouldnt care if i didnt lose another inch. i was on a nasty plateau since sept. i never got discourged though cause i knew it would break dont get me wrong i wanted to see those scales move but i tried to think about where i started at and where i was and that is alot to be thankful for. Cheri you look wonderful!!!!!! and so does a lot of others. to my dear friends i have made on the site i am so thankful for. if anybody in Ms needs a dr dr. amy rose at gulf coast medical center is Wonderful glenda berry

4 months post opt on 9/29 i only lost 5 lbs this month and you know it didnt upset me cause im thrilled with the 55 lbs i have lost. im down to 194 and being 5'8 you can tell the difference. i tried on a 14 tommy jeans and they fit but didnt buy them cause i didnt want to spend $58.00 on jeans that hopefully will be to big in the next couple of weeks but I got them on and they looked good. To all getting frustrated cause the wgt loss slows down hand in there cause we will get there. God bless you all in search of the surg it is a scary move to make but im so glad i made the move. I have made some wonderful frens here through the sight glenda berry

3 months tom and i made it under the 200 mark 199 but it is under 200. im down 50 lbs. i know some are losing a lot faster but im thrilled with my progress and i know i'll get there. im tall 5'8 so the wgt loss shows. i actually had a few people tell me dont lose anymore wgt. Yea right! but i feel good and feel blessed. i hope all seeking this journey will have a peace of mind and a safe journey. Glenda berry
