WOO HOO!!!!! I JUST WENT BACK FOR MY 10 DAY CHECK-UP... I GOT MY STAPLES OUT, AND LOST 22 POUNDS!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Hey Janet, glad your coming along so well. I am still in great pain, but like I said before on my update I think it has more to do with the other surgeries. I haven't had problems with hunger, on the contrary I have to force myself to eat. I hope you do well at your first weigh in. Again, congrats ! Talk to you soon.

Hi Janet, So how has it been going post-op??!! I saw your last post. Cheer up, it will only get better, right? How is your incision healing? Janet~Yay for you on coming home. As for the hungry feeling, it may be the head hunger. Try eating sugar free popcicles. They help me. Also, sip, sip, sip that water. Protein also helps the hunger pangs go away. Feel good soon. Take care ;)
