"My husband and I met Dr. Clements on Nov. 16. He was very serious about what he does! He stressed that this is surgery for improved health! He knew that we were good candidates because we have so many of the health issues faced by mobid obesity. He spent alot of time with us and we had a date for surgery within 2 hours of our first meeting. Michelle, who is the insurance lady, was wonderful. She took all of our paperwork and told us that we had done everything she needed. I think she was pleased. The nurse was not the regular nurse but she was very nice. I think it is the first time I've ever been to a doctor's office and not felt out of place...surrounded by people who hate fat people. Dr. Clements was wonderful!!!!!"
