"Dr. Yancy was very straight from the start, told me what to expect ,and what I would have to do. His office staff is very helpful, and supportive. I was pleased with Dr. Yancy and would recomend him to anyone. He recomended that I find a support group to help me thru my ups and downs. He spelled out all the risks involed with surgery. I rate him with surgical competence but fair in bedside manner."
