"Dr. Appel is a tiny man in stature, but his is striaight up and to hte point. He made a comment to our group that made perfect sense. He said if we were doing what we were supposed to be doing, we would not be in his office looking into wls. I want a dr. who is going to be straight up and honest with me. I have heard nothing but the best from his post-op patients, I know that I will be in great hands. His program manager Kathy Kemp and her assistant April are very nice and helpful, they work with you and will let you know before hand what they require in order to get insurance approval for surgery. THey were both very informative."
