I met Dr. Facundus at a WLS meeting in Athens today. He appears to be confident and sure of himself. He answered all questions asked very sincerely. I felt comfortable asking Dr. Facundus questions. I felt my mothers presence letting me know I had made the right choice. She went to be with the Lord on July 29th of this year.He has a great smile and appeared to be very caring.

Dr. Facundus has hired Jeri, and I think she is great. I called the office the other day and she was very attentive and willing to help. Both Kristi and Jeri are understanding of our fears and worries and it doesn't appear to bother them when we call the office with questions.

Dr. Facundus has a great staff. They are allappear to be caring and understanding. Two of his staff members have been through WLS themselves. I think that is a great idea to hire people who really understand and empathize with his papients. Every time I'v spoken with Dr.F he listens attentively and is not in a rush. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 10plus. I just love him.

I called Dr. F's office today and a situation came up that upset me. Thank God for Jeri she is just great. She calmed me down answered all my questions without rushing or trying to put me of. She immediately worked on it and made me feel better about the whole thing. I personally think she is the best. No matter what the outcome of the situation, I still think she is the best.She is a go getter and I would highly recommend Doc F.and Jeri and Kristy.
Ig my surgery is cancelled for some reason that's it for me, without any hard feelings, it was not meant to be for a reason. I still love each and everyone of you. God bless.
