Hi Deborah, You and I are in the same 'place' I have my surgery on tues, with all the pre op stuff done monday!! I will prayer for your surgery to go smooth and a speedy recover.

Congrats on your up coming surgery date. Mine is a week from tomorrow.. Its so exciting isnt it.. I cant wait to be on the Losing side.

Hi, The time is drawing near it is now March 9, 2003. We will be travel down to Palestine, TX today because my pre-ops start at 8 am in the morning. I am excided and ready to start my journey now. While I am in the hospital I will not be posting. But my husband may post for me to let everyone know how things are going. Bust he has a lot of things to do so we will see. I hope everyone else that is at this point is as excited as I am. My prayers are with everyone out there that has chosen to take the journey. I will be writing soon.

Everything is still set for my surgery on March 11, 2003. I can't belive it is almost time. One week away. My husband has been the greatest support of all. He is out of town this week with work but has already called today to see if I have all my nesting done yet. I told him of course not but I am very close. My children are also excited and my family has been a great support unit. I will keep writing and try to keep everyone informed of my progress. I know I really enjoy reading others stories.
